The Oakley Scalpel sunglasses are a design for men that represent the Oakley theme of playing to win. Able to adapt from the sports field to cool street style, the Scalpel sunglasses boast a bold and statement aesthetic and are made using the lightweight but durable O Matter frame material and feature smooth sculptural contours. The arm stems are also highly distinctive as have wrapped arm stems ends made of Unobtainium which work to increase grip as perspiration levels also increase. The sunglasses are constructed using the Three-Point Fit structure that maintains comfort all day whilst holding the lenses in precise optical alignment and the iconic Oakley logo is boldly positioned in metal upon the temple. The Scalpel sunglasses are available in colours including polished black, brown smoke, matte white and dark grey to name a few; with the colours accentuating the fierce yet sleek design. Fulfilling every element of superior innovation and function, the Scalpel lenses are made are made of pure Plutonite which effectively filters out 100 percent of all UVA, UVB and UVC rays and Oakley’s High Definition Optics also work to maximise visual clarity. The lenses are specifically curved and engineered with Oakley’s XYZ Optics to ensure that vision is clear along the entire lens curve. The Scalpel sunglasses are also available with an iridium coating to reduce glare and balance light transmission, and some styles include Polarised lenses for the ultimate in visual quality.
